Candidiasis
Candida with the surname of albicans is a yeast fungus, prevalent in our intestinal system. The term candidiasis means that the fungus has become too widely spread because of malnutrition, antibiotics, contraceptional pills, or heavy metals in the body.

Depression
A feeling of melancholy and sadness. The symptoms seem to depend on changes in the hippocampal area of the brain rather than imbalances in the production of cerebral neurotransmitters. Medicine, diet changes, and exercise can improve the condition.

Digestive problems
Generic term for symptoms originating in the alimentary tract, often caused by incomplete digestion of foodstuffs. May be caused by an unhealthy diet, eating too fast, and binge eating. It can, however, also be the result of poisoning or heredity.

Disseminated sclerosis - Multiple sclerosis
Chronic degenerative disease. The myelin sheaths (protective fat sheath surrounding nerves) are gradually degraded. The brain and spinal cord are affected leading to tiredness, paralysis, loss coordination, and perhaps loss of cognitive abilities.

Food allergy
Immunologic overreactions caused by alimentaries tolerated by healthy people. The presence of food allergy can often be established with ordinary allergy tests. Often the symptoms follow immediately after ingestion of the provoking foodstuffs.

Food intolerance
Various symptoms following ingestion of particular foodstuffs. Unlike food allergy, food intolerance cannot be established through ordinary allergy tests. The symptoms cover a wide range and are often delayed.

Heavy metal poisoning
Heavy metals are all metals with a density larger than that of iron. In practice, it is the non-essential metals that are poisonous, e.g. aluminium, arsenic, lead, cadmium, mercury, and palladium. praksis

Low blood sugar
Should actually be called fluctuating blood sugar. The results are frequent cravings for sweets, fast transferable carbohydrates or alcohol when blood-glucose levels fall to low values. There are many symptoms - both physical and psychological.

MCS - Multiple Chemical Sensitivity
Chronic disease with many physical and psychological symptoms, following exposure to toxic as well as common substances of the environment; e.g. smells and fragrances in daily life. The cause of MCS has not been totally established.

Tiredness
Tiredness and lack of energy is an explainable symptom of most sufferings. If a good night's sleep cannot cure it, then it must be taken more seriously. Be attentive to diet, stress, noise, kidney function, anaemia, and hormonal disturbances.
