Leaves: Birth and pregnancy. Stengthens the muscles of the uterus. Used for diarrhoea, discharge, and heavy menstrual flow. Externally as an eye cleanser. Berries: Female hormonal disturbances, morning sickness, sweats, and cramps.
Blood purifying, expectorant, and anti-inflammatory herb. Reduces appetite, counteracts asthmatic eczema, coughing, bronchitis, and chronic skin diseases (eczema and psoriasis). It is used for menopausal problems, hot flushes, and mucosal dryness.
