Many children and women often suffer from frequent inflammation of the bladder accompanied by a strong burning urination and bacteria in the urine.
Dosage
3 ml once a day with a little water, in connection with meals. Dosage can without problems be increased to 5 ml. three times a day.
Precautions
Should not be taken by pregnant women. Any treatment of children should only occur in consultation with both doctor and phytotherapist.
Further fortification
Uva-ursi complex is lightly diuretic, but if a stronger effect is required you can successfully combine it with the Taraxacum Complex or drink tea made from Golden root, Dandelion leaves and Stinging nettle.
If you experience repeated infections, vitamin C and Cranberry juice may help you since both substances cling to the mucous membrane of the bladder. Generally speaking, it is a good idea to keep the vitamin- and mineral balance in order since both silicon and copper are vital to a healthy bladder.
If you sense that you don't just suffer from a common bladder infection, but also general infections and inflammatory conditions, it would be a good idea to use Echinacea Complex along with Uva-ursi Complex. Even though there is Echinacea root in both bottles, you will not get too high a dose.
