Overdosing or taking the herb on an empty stomach can result in symptoms from the gastrointestinal tract.
Buchu should not be used during pregnancy or while breast-feeding.
Buchu should not be used if you take anticoagulants.
Dosage
Dried herb: 3 - 6 g. a day as a tea.
Tincture: 40 drops 3 times a day.
