Side effects
Caprylic acid is generally tolerated when administered within recommendations. There might be some temporary worsening of symptoms from fungal toxins as toxin-levels are increased when fungi die.
Caprylic acid is available both as a single remedy and in some complex remedies. It is available in fluid as well as in tablet form.
Dosage
Take 100 - 150 mg at every meal.
The maximum dosage is 1000 - 2000 mg a day.
Doses of more than 1000 mg. can with benefit be taken as a depot supplement.
