Dill - Anethum graveolens

Herb used as a spice and against digestional problems. Has light diuretic effects, reduces bloatedness, intestinal gas production and bad breath. Effective against indigestion. Increases lactation (milk production) when breastfeeding.

Used for relieving gripes and colic, also in relation to breast-feeding. Has a relaxing effect on the digestion.

Can be used for menstrual pains.

Also used as an admixture to medicine for the flu, coughing, and colds.
