Dosage
3 ml. a day with a little water, in connection with meals. Dosage can be increased to 5 ml. 3 times a day without causing any problem.
Precautions
Should not be used during pregnancy. If you have doubts as to whether you have a viral infection or a bacterial one, please consult your doctor.
Further fortification
If you get repeated outbreaks of infection and viral infections, you may also take Echinacea Complex which also have a beneficial effect on the immune system.
If there are certain areas of the body that are bothered by vira, choose the specific complex that fits the organ system:
The digestion: Choose Cassia Complex (sluggish digestion, indigestion) or Althea Complex (diarrhoea)
The respiratory passages: Choose Prunus Complex or Euphorbia Complex
The skin: Choose Melissa Complex
In case of an outbreak of herpes you can supplement with something as simple as Earl Grey tea. Take an ordinary tea bag with Earl Grey or a Chinese tea, pour boiling water over the bag, let it draw for a couple of minutes and place the bag on the herpes ulcer - when it has sufficiently cooled down. Repeat several times a day. You might also try with Tea tree oil, preferably as a lotion or pure oil, if it does not burn too much - and if you are not allergic to it! Repeat the treatment several times a day.
Remember: A good mineral - and vitamin balance is prerequisite for a good immune response!
Contents per 100 ml. :
Elder flowers and berries (Sambucus nigra): 30 ml.
Ginger (Zingiber officinale): 20 ml.
Root from (Purple) Cone flower (Echinacea purpurea): 25 ml.
Also added 25 ml. of glycerol to enhance the flavour.
A total of 100 ml.
