Dosage
3 ml. once a day, in a little water in connection with meals. Dosage can be increased to 5 ml. twice a day or 3 ml. three times a day, half an hour before meals to get the best effect.
Precautions
Should not be taken if one already suffers from too much gastric acid. However, most people actually suffer from too little gastric, even though it was earlier believed that stomach ulcers were caused by too much gastric acid.
Should not be used if you suffer from diarrhoea, since Gentian Complex assists the entire digestion.
Further fortification
Avoid drinking water at meals, since it dilutes the gastric acid needlessly. Eat slowly and chew the food thouroughly, so that the saliva in the oral cavity can aid the digestion. Heavy proteins such as meat, soy, and dairy products can be hard to break down and might be avoided for a while if you have severe digestive problems.
You may successfully supplement Gentian Complex with Cassia Complex if you suffer from very sluggish digestion or with Silybum Complex if you want an effective purification of e.g. the skin, the muscles, or the joints.
