Has a purifying effect on the gallbladder and liver.
Is strenghtening of the capillary walls which is why the herb is used for various infections, varicose veins and haemorrhoids.
Internally used against ulcers, and infections in the stomach and the small and large intestines.
Also used for regulating menstrual bleeding and menstrual pain and for alleviating sore nipples as a result of breastfeeding.
