The body produces the substance NADH itself, but the production decreases with age or disease. NADH has been used for several years intravenously in patients with Parkinson's disease; but after 20 years of research the substance has been stabilized so that it can be administered orally, i.e. as tablet which are taken with plenty of water on an empty stomach.

A normal dose for healthy people is 10 mg. daily (2 tablets). Take them on an empty stomach with plenty of water. Wait for 1/2 hours after intake before eating.
There are no reported side effects from the use of NADH in doses up to 10 mg. daily, but there are no trials of prolonged use.
