Herbal mixture for the mature man.
Dosage: 3 ml. once daily in some water with meals. Dosage can be increased to 5 ml. three times daily.
Precautions: must not be used during pregnancy. The herbs also have an influence on kidneys and bladder in women or diseases caused by oestrogen deficiency. Do make sure to have the reason of the urination problems clarified, so that serious diseases can be ruled out.
Further fortification: If improvement is not achieved within one month, you can supplement with Turnera Complex.
Eat a small fistful of pumpkin seeds every day as a supplement to the above. Herbs and alimentaries which contain plant fibres and oestrogen-like drugs also help against enlarged prostate. Japanese men who eat large quantities of soya which contain phyto-oestrogens hardly know any prostate problems, and there are considerably fewer incidents of prostate cancer in Japanese men than in European men.
The mineral zinc can also help regulate the production of testosteron.

Nettle root (Urtica dioica): 40 ml.
Saw palmetto (Serenoa serrulata): 35 ml.
A further 25 ml. of glycerol has been added as a flavouring agent.
