Precautions
Never use herbal medicine, if you are in doubt whether your symptoms should be clarified by a doctor. If considerable improvement is not achieved within one month you should contact a phytotherapist or naturopath.

Must not be taken during pregnancy or while breast-feeding.

No known side effects at recommended dosage.
Dosage
3 ml. or one tbsp. daily, taken with some water. The herbs are strong - rinse with your favourite drink.
Oat bran
Consists of various, coarse-fibred, roasted, and ground oat grains, of which 50% are water soluble. It has a larger amount of dietary fibres than oatmeal. Daily intake of oat bran can lower the level of cholesterol in the blood a little.
