Rowan Tree - Sorbus aucuparia

The berry are used without seeds as these are poisonous. Rowanberry has a contracting effect and are traditionally used for diarrhoea, hoarseness, kidney stone, rheumatic pain, and haemorrhoids.

There are several species of rowanberry.

The berry can be used both fresh, dried, as a mash, or as juice.

The juice can be gargled in case of hoarseness or throat trouble, or the berry can be chewed.

The condition for taking rowanberry is that your kidneys are healthy.

Dosage
5 - 15 rowanberry a day.
