If you are not healthy and well, if you suffer from allergy, if you already have difficulties getting pregnant, or suspect that you might have accumulated various toxins in your body, it might be a good idea to use at least half a year on detoxifying your body and build a more healthy lifestyle before getting pregnant.
A hair mineral analysis is a good way of deciding if you have accumulated too many harmful heavy metals. It can also uncover other kinds of mineral imbalances.
Less pronounced nutritional deficiencies that do not result in any health problems in the expecting mother, and are therefore not necessarily noticed, can cause serious diseases in the foetus. Dietary supplements clearly cannot solve all pregnancy-related problems, but, for the last many years, they have proven their raison d'être.
Individual needs can differ from the table below and are therefore only meant as a guide. To some people, the dosages mentioned can seem very large but are based on experience from the British Foresight organization that have helped many childless and allergic people give birth to healthy babies.
